🎖️ No Hat Policy

To honour our Soldiers and the history of the Hay Services Club, we kindly ask Members and Guests to remove their hats while inside the Club. It’s a small gesture that helps keep the spirit of respect alive. This request doesn’t apply during private events.

Indoor Ban: Caps, baseball hats, and beanies must be removed upon entering main indoor club spaces.

Core Reason: Rooted in military and club tradition to honor veterans and remembrance spaces.

Outdoor Areas: Hats are permitted in outdoor areas

Allowed Exceptions:
Medical conditions or hair-loss requirements.

Religious and cultural head coverings.

Formal women’s dress hats (at select venues or special calendar events).

We love seeing our Members and Guests enjoying the Club, and we simply ask that everyone maintains a clean and tidy appearance while visiting.
It helps keep the space feeling relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone, we appreciate your help in keeping the atmosphere enjoyable for all.
